1. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging (including the tamper-evident seal for health supplements).
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items that are damaged or soiled after delivery may not be accepted for return.

3. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, we generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the product has been opened or the seal has been broken. This ensures the safety and integrity of the supplements we provide to all customers.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
