GST / taxes

A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

The total price of your order will include 10% GST at checkout. However, this will be deducted when your international order is processed and your credit card is charged.


The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in Australian (AUD) dollars and are valid and effective only within Australia and such prices do not include shipping and handling. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges that may apply to your order.

For international order your are responsible for converting AUD to your designated currency.

  1. Any order placed through the website is not binding upon HealthyGo until we confirm pre-authorisation of your credit card before it will accept an order.

Shipping Policies:

Domestic Shipping

Shipping fee will be charged in full according to Australia Post rates. All shipments are made by Australia Post.  Domestic shipping charge will be calculated automatically when your online order is being process.

International Orders

Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated per order, based on the cubic dimensions and dead-weight of the packed order. Your freight rate will be calculated from the best rate available on the day, from your choice of Australia Post EMS and International Courier services.

Due to import prohibitions, some items maybe not able ship to your specific country. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. We will not knowingly ship any product to any country that may require any type of license. Please check with the destination’s local authorities to determine if an import license is needed before ordering from us.

All customs duties, taxes or other fees are the sole responsibility of the customers. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you, and do not know how much they will cost you. Please check with the destination country’s customs services.

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable Healthy Go reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

Product Returns:

Healthy Go only return products if goods are defective or damage, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Please note we are not responsible for any damage during shipping.
